Minority Faiths

Minority faiths are religious groups that represent a smaller portion of a population within a country or region, often differing from the dominant or mainstream religion. These faiths may include various religions, sects, or spiritual practices that have fewer followers. Despite their smaller numbers, minority faiths contribute to cultural diversity and unique spiritual traditions. They may face challenges such as social marginalization or legal restrictions but also play important roles in pluralistic societies by enriching religious and cultural landscapes. Examples include Jainism in India, Bahá'í in different parts of the world, and Zoroastrianism in Iran.
