Military Training and Doctrine Command
The Military Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) is a branch within the U.S. Army responsible for developing training programs and defining the doctrines—or fundamental principles—guiding how soldiers fight and operate. It ensures soldiers are prepared through education, realistic training, and evolving strategies to meet current and future threats. TRADOC also oversees recruiting and the development of leaders. Essentially, it shapes the Army's skills, knowledge, and tactics to maintain readiness, adaptability, and effectiveness across all levels of the military.
