Milennium Prize Problems

The Millennium Prize Problems are seven of the most challenging and fundamental questions in mathematics, set by the Clay Mathematics Institute in 2000. Each problem tackles deep issues about numbers, shapes, and patterns that underpin much of science and technology. Mathematicians aim to solve these problems to deepen our understanding of the universe’s mathematical foundations. Successfully solving a problem can lead to significant advances and earn a million-dollar prize. As of now, only the Poincaré Conjecture has been officially solved; the remaining six continue to inspire research worldwide.
