Mikhail Frunze

Mikhail Frunze was a prominent Russian military leader and a Bolshevik revolutionary. Born in 1885, he played a key role in the October Revolution of 1917 and the subsequent Russian Civil War, helping the Bolsheviks establish control over Russia. Known for his strategic skill and leadership, Frunze was influential in reorganizing and strengthening the Red Army. He also served as the Soviet military commander and later as People's Commissar for Defense. His contributions helped shape the early Soviet Union's military and political foundations until his death in 1925.
