Mendelow's Matrix
Mendelow's Matrix is a strategic tool used to understand how much influence different stakeholders (people or groups affected by a project or organization) have and how much interest they have in its success. It plots stakeholders on a grid based on their level of power (ability to influence decisions) and interest (degree of concern or involvement). This helps organizations decide how to manage each stakeholder, such as engaging closely with high-power, high-interest groups or keeping low-power, low-interest groups informed, to ensure smooth operations and successful outcomes.
