Members states
Member states are countries that are part of an international organization or agreement. Each member state agrees to follow the group's common rules and principles to work together on shared goals, such as peace, security, or economic collaboration. For example, in the European Union, each European country that has joined is a member state, contributing to and benefiting from collective decisions and policies. Being a member state involves committing to the organization’s norms while maintaining the sovereignty of each country within the framework of the group.
