Medical Imaging Systems
Medical imaging systems are technology tools that create visual representations of the inside of the body to help diagnose and monitor health conditions. They include methods like X-rays, which use radiation to see bones; MRI scans, which use magnetic fields and radio waves to produce detailed images of soft tissues; CT scans, combining X-ray images for cross-sectional views; and ultrasounds, using sound waves to visualize organs and fetal development. These systems enable healthcare professionals to assess health without invasive procedures, facilitating accurate diagnosis, treatment planning, and disease monitoring.
