Medical Council of Canada Evaluating Examination (MCCEE)
The Medical Council of Canada Evaluating Examination (MCCEE) was a standardized test for internationally trained doctors seeking to practice medicine in Canada. It assessed their medical knowledge and clinical skills relevant to Canadian healthcare standards. Passing the MCCEE was a key step before advancing to further assessments and licensing processes within Canada. The exam helped ensure that international physicians meet the country's medical competency requirements before they can practice safely and effectively. As of 2019, the MCCEE has been replaced by the Medical Council of Canada Qualifying Examination (MCCQE) Part I, which serves a similar purpose.
