Mediation Programs

Mediation programs are facilitated processes where a neutral third party, called a mediator, helps two or more disputing parties communicate effectively and reach a voluntary agreement. These programs are often used in legal, workplace, or community conflicts to resolve issues without going to court. The mediator doesn’t decide the outcome but guides discussions, encourages understanding, and explores solutions that satisfy all sides. Mediation tends to be quicker, less formal, and more cost-effective than traditional litigation, emphasizing cooperation and mutual agreement to resolve disagreements constructively.
