Mediación

Mediación is a voluntary process where a neutral third party, called a mediator, helps two or more parties in conflict communicate more effectively and reach a mutually acceptable agreement. Unlike a judge or lawyer, the mediator doesn't decide who is right or wrong; instead, they facilitate conversation, clarify issues, and guide negotiations. This method aims to resolve disputes amicably, efficiently, and with less stress and cost than going to court. Mediación is commonly used in areas like family disputes, workplace conflicts, and community disagreements, emphasizing cooperation and understanding.
