McQuaid's Law

McQuaid’s Law states that if you want to effect meaningful change within an organization, you need to build consensus among the key stakeholders first. Essentially, significant progress depends on aligning the interests and support of influential groups or individuals before implementing new ideas or policies. Without their backing, initiatives are more likely to face resistance or fail altogether. The law emphasizes the importance of strategic relationship-building and understanding the perspectives of those who have the power to approve or block change initiatives.
