Massachusetts Paid Family Leave

Massachusetts Paid Family Leave (PFL) is a program that provides workers with paid time off to care for a new child, a family member with a serious health condition, or to address certain military family needs. Funded through payroll contributions, it offers eligible employees wage replacement for up to 12 weeks (or longer in some cases). The leave can be taken gradually or all at once and can be used by employees working in Massachusetts. PFL aims to support work-life balance while ensuring employees can care for their loved ones without losing income.
