Mashantucket Pequot Tribe

The Mashantucket Pequot Tribe is a federally recognized Native American tribe based in Connecticut. In the late 20th century, they established the Foxwoods Resort Casino, which became one of the largest casino resorts in North America, providing jobs and economic development for the tribe.
