Mary Murguia

Mary Murguia is an American lawyer and judge who serves on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, one of the country’s senior appellate courts. She was born in 1959 and has a distinguished legal career, including roles as a federal prosecutor and university law professor. Murguia was also the director of the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center.
