Mary (Christianity)

Mary, in Christianity, is celebrated as the mother of Jesus Christ, whom Christians believe is the Son of God. She is honored as the Virgin Mary because she is believed to have conceived Jesus through the Holy Spirit, without a biological father. Mary is admired for her faith, humility, and obedience to God's will.
