Martin Sharp
Martin Sharp (1942–2013) was an influential Australian artist, singer, and songwriter known for his vibrant, psychedelic artwork and contributions to 1960s counterculture. He gained fame for his colorful illustrations, album covers (notably for Eric Clapton’s “Layla”), and posters that captured the spirit of the era. Sharp also co-founded the underground magazine "Oz," which challenged social norms and promoted free expression. His work combined bold visuals with social commentary, leaving a lasting impact on both visual arts and music culture.
