Mallory's Law

Mallory's Law describes a relationship in physics where the force of gravity decreases with the square of the distance between two objects. In simple terms, if you double the distance between two masses, the gravitational pull between them becomes one-fourth as strong. This inverse-square law highlights how gravity’s strength weakens rapidly as objects move farther apart, which is fundamental to understanding planetary orbits, the behavior of celestial bodies, and the forces at play in our universe.
