Madhabdev

Madhabdev was a prominent 16th-century Indian scholar, theologian, and follower of the Srimanta Sankardeva tradition within the Neo-Vaishnavite movement. He is celebrated for his deep spiritual teachings, his efforts to spread devotional Christianity, and his scholarly writings that emphasize love for God and moral conduct. Madhabdev dedicated his life to promoting spiritual harmony, education, and religious reform, and he played a key role in preserving and expanding the cultural and religious practices initiated by Sankardeva.
