Método Pomodoro
The Pomodoro Method is a time management technique that helps improve focus and productivity. It involves working in short, focused intervals called "Pomodoros," typically 25 minutes long, followed by a 5-minute break. After completing four Pomodoros, a longer break of 15-30 minutes is taken. This cycle helps maintain concentration, prevent burnout, and create a sense of urgency. It’s especially useful for managing tasks that require sustained attention, encouraging consistent work and regular rests to maximize efficiency and mental clarity.
