Lunge

A lunge is a strength exercise that targets the legs and glutes. It involves stepping forward or backward with one leg and lowering your hips until both knees are bent at about a 90-degree angle. The front knee stays above the ankle, and the back knee moves toward the floor without touching it. This movement helps improve balance, coordination, and muscle tone in the thighs, hips, and buttocks. Lunges can be done with or without weights and are a versatile way to build lower body strength and stability.
