Loschmidt Number

The Loschmidt Number is a scientific constant that represents the number of particles, such as molecules or atoms, in one cubic centimeter of an ideal gas at standard temperature and pressure (STP). Essentially, it tells us how many tiny particles are packed into a small volume of gas under these common conditions. This number helps chemists and physicists understand and calculate the behavior of gases, like how pressure and volume relate to temperature, by knowing how many particles are present in a given space.
