Looper
A Looper is a hardware device or software tool used in music production that records a segment of sound—like a guitar riff or vocal phrase—and then plays it back repeatedly in a loop. It allows musicians to build layers of sound by overdubbing new parts onto the loop, creating complex arrangements or textures. Think of it as a musical sketchpad: you record a phrase once, and then you can add more sounds on top of it, enabling both practice and creative experimentation. Loops can be used live or in the studio for composing, practicing, or performance.
