
Longfellow House
The Longfellow House, located in Cambridge, Massachusetts, was the home of poet Henry Wadsworth Longfellow from 1843 until 1863. It’s a historic site showcasing early 19th-century architecture and historical artifacts. Not only did Longfellow write some of his most famous poetry there, but the house also played a role in American history, serving as a Union Army headquarters during the Civil War.
