LNG

LNG, or liquefied natural gas, is natural gas that has been cooled to very low temperatures (-162°C or -260°F), transforming it into a liquid. This process reduces its volume by about 600 times, making it easier and safer to store and transport, especially over long distances where pipelines aren't practical. Once it reaches its destination, LNG is warmed back to a gaseous state for use in heating, electricity generation, or industrial processes. LNG is a key energy source because it provides a cleaner-burning alternative to other fossil fuels and helps meet global energy demands efficiently.
