liquid phase
A liquid phase is a state of matter where particles are closely packed but still able to move around each other, allowing the liquid to flow and take the shape of its container. Unlike solids, liquids don’t have a fixed shape, but they have a fixed volume. This phase exists when temperature and pressure conditions allow molecules to stay together but remain flexible enough to move, which is why liquids are fluid. For example, water, oil, and juice are all in the liquid phase, enabling them to conform to their containers' shapes while maintaining a consistent volume.
