Light Cone
A light cone is a way physicists visualize how light and information travel through space-time. Imagine a point in space and time; the light cone shows all the possible directions light can move from that point—within the cone moving outward over time, information can reach or be sent, and inside it, causality (cause-and-effect) is preserved. The area outside the cone represents regions that cannot be influenced or reached by signals traveling at or below the speed of light from that point. This concept helps us understand the structure of the universe and the limits of what can be connected or affected.
