Lifeboat crew
A lifeboat crew is a team of trained volunteers or professionals responsible for operating rescue boats, known as lifeboats, to save people in distress at sea. They work in emergency situations, such as during shipwrecks or maritime accidents, to provide immediate assistance, perform search and rescue operations, and ensure the safety of those stranded or in danger. Lifeboat crews are trained in navigation, first aid, and emergency procedures, and they often serve on shipboard, at coastal rescue stations, or in organizations like the Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI).
