Liebig's Law

Liebig's Law states that plant growth or any biological process is limited by the single most scarce resource, often called the "limiting factor." Even if all other nutrients or conditions are optimal, growth cannot exceed what the limiting resource allows. For example, a crop's yield will be constrained by the amount of nitrogen available if nitrogen is the scarcest essential nutrient, regardless of supply of other nutrients. Understanding this helps in managing resources efficiently, ensuring that critical limiting factors are addressed to optimize growth and productivity.
