Liberation (Moksha)
Liberation, or Moksha, is the spiritual goal in Hinduism and some related traditions. It signifies the release from the cycle of birth, death, and rebirth (samsara), and the end of suffering caused by attachment and ignorance. Achieving Moksha means realizing one's true nature—often described as part of a universal consciousness—and living in harmony with it. It’s a state of eternal peace, freedom, and spiritual fulfillment, where the individual soul (atman) merges back into the ultimate reality (Brahman). Ultimately, Moksha is about attaining profound spiritual liberation and understanding beyond worldly limitations.
