Lepidus
Lepidus was a Roman politician and military leader during the late Republic, known as one of the members of the Second Triumvirate alongside Julius Caesar's allies Mark Antony and Octavian. His role was primarily as a supporter and participant in the political moves following Caesar's assassination. However, Lepidus is often seen as the least influential of the three, with limited power and authority. After a few years, he was gradually pushed out of the political scene, leaving Octavian and Mark Antony as the dominant leaders in Rome's transition from Republic to Empire.
