Leo Triplet

The Leo Triplet is a small group of three galaxies located in the constellation Leo. These galaxies are gravitationally linked, meaning they influence each other’s motions. They include the bright Messier 65, Messier 66, and NGC 3628, all of which are spiral galaxies featuring swirling arms of stars, gas, and dust. The triplet spans roughly 35 million light-years away from Earth.
