Lentiviral Vector

A Lentiviral vector is a specially engineered tool derived from viruses that can deliver genetic material into human cells. Since lentiviruses, like HIV, naturally integrate their genetic content into host DNA, scientists modify these viruses to remove harmful components, creating safe vectors.
