Lens Parallax

Lens parallax is the slight shift in the appearance of an object when viewed through a camera lens from different angles or focal positions. It occurs because the lens and the image sensor are at different distances, causing the image to change slightly depending on the lens position. This effect can be used in photography to assess depth or focus accuracy, and in some camera systems to measure distances accurately. Essentially, it's the perspective change that happens when you look at an object through a lens at various positions, revealing information about the relative position and depth of the subject.
