Lemaitre theory
Lemaître’s theory, often called the "primeval atom" or "building block" theory, proposes that the universe originated from a highly dense, extremely small point—like a single, compact seed. About 13.8 billion years ago, this point rapidly expanded in a massive explosion, known as the Big Bang, creating space, time, and all matter. Essentially, Lemaître suggested that the universe has been expanding from an initial singular moment, providing a scientific explanation for its origins and ongoing expansion observed today.
