Legal Offer

A legal offer is a clear proposal made by one party (the offeror) to another party (the offeree) to enter into a contract. It outlines specific terms, such as what is being provided and the price. For an offer to be legally binding, it must be communicated clearly, made with the intention to create a legal obligation, and accepted by the offeree. Once accepted, a contract is formed, and both parties are legally obligated to fulfill their respective promises. Importantly, an offer can be revoked or modified before acceptance.
