Legal Arbitration

Legal arbitration is an alternative dispute resolution process where two parties in a disagreement agree to have an impartial third person, called an arbitrator, hear their case and make a binding decision. Unlike going to court, arbitration is often faster, private, and less formal. Both parties present their evidence and arguments, and the arbitrator reviews everything to resolve the dispute. Arbitration is commonly used in commercial, employment, and consumer contracts, providing a final and enforceable decision without the need for traditional litigation.
