left-brain vs. right-brain theory

The left-brain vs. right-brain theory suggests that our brain has specialized areas that handle different functions. The left side is often associated with logical thinking, language, analysis, and detailed-oriented tasks. The right side is linked to creativity, intuition, spatial awareness, and recognizing patterns. While this idea highlights some lateralization of brain activity, it's important to note that most complex tasks involve both hemispheres working together. Modern neuroscience shows that the brain is highly interconnected, and people don’t strictly divide their skills along these lines, but the theory offers a useful way to think about different cognitive strengths.
