Learning Mechanisms
Learning mechanisms are the processes by which our brains absorb, process, and store new information or skills. They include experiencing new situations, practicing behaviors, and making mistakes, which help the brain adapt and improve over time. For example, when you learn to ride a bike, your brain links balance and coordination through repeated practice. These mechanisms involve neural changes, strengthening connections between brain cells, enabling us to remember, understand, and perform tasks more effectively as we gain experience.
