Landau's Law

Landau's Law, formulated by physicist Lev Landau, states that the rate at which a physical system develops complexity—such as entropy increase or disorder—is proportional to its current level of complexity. In other words, more complex systems tend to evolve or change at a faster pace than simpler ones. This principle reflects that highly organized or intricate systems are often more susceptible to rapid transformations or disruptions over time, emphasizing the dynamic nature of complexity in physical and natural processes.
