Labor Zionism
Labor Zionism is a movement that emerged in the late 19th and early 20th centuries advocating for the Jewish people's national revival through collective work, particularly focusing on establishing a Jewish homeland in Palestine. It emphasizes the importance of agricultural labor, self-sufficiency, and building a society based on socialist principles such as equality and cooperation. The movement played a central role in founding institutions like kibbutzim (collective farms) and influenced the development of modern Israel, combining Jewish national identity with social justice and workers’ rights.
