La Solidaridad

La Solidaridad was a Filipino organization established in 1889 in Spain, aimed at advocating for Philippine reform and independence from Spanish rule. It served as a platform for Filipino intellectuals, students, and workers to exchange ideas, promote unity, and campaign for political rights. Through its publication, also called La Solidaridad, the group spread reformist ideas and inspired Filipino national consciousness. Although it was short-lived, its efforts contributed significantly to the awakening of Filipino nationalism and laid the groundwork for the country's eventual independence.
