La Decena Trágica

La Decena Trágica, occurring in early 1913 in Mexico City, was a violent coup d'état against President Francisco I. Madero. Ultimately, Madero was imprisoned and later assassinated, shifting power to General Victoriano Huerta, who established a brutal dictatorship.
