KySat
KySat is a small satellite developed by students and educators to encourage learning about space and technology. It’s designed to be affordable and accessible, allowing students to participate in space missions by building, testing, and eventually deploying it into orbit. KySat can collect data about Earth and space, demonstrate satellite operations, and help students develop skills in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM). Essentially, it’s a hands-on educational tool that brings space exploration closer to learners, fostering engagement and interest in aerospace careers.
