Known for powerful kings and advanced culture, Kush often interacted with Egypt, sometimes ruling it as the 25th Dynasty. They built impressive pyramids, developed their own writing, and were skilled traders and ironworkers. The kingdom's wealth was based on agriculture, trade, and resource extraction.
