Knope's Law

Knope's Law suggests that in any organization or project, the single greatest challenge isn't the work itself but the human behavior and politics surrounding it. Essentially, progress often stalls not because of technical difficulties but because of interpersonal issues, conflicting priorities, or resistance to change. Recognizing this helps teams focus on managing relationships and communication effectively, alongside the technical tasks, to achieve success more efficiently.
