Knee Surgery (PEA)

Knee Surgery (PEA), or Partial Endoscopic Arthroscopic Ablation, is a minimally invasive procedure to treat knee pain caused by cartilage damage or degenerative conditions like osteoarthritis. Using small incisions and an arthroscope—a tiny camera—surgeons can see inside the knee joint. They remove or smooth damaged cartilage, bone spurs, or inflamed tissue to reduce pain and improve function. The goal is to relieve symptoms, promote healing, and potentially delay the need for joint replacement. Recovery is typically quicker than open surgery, with patients often returning to daily activities within weeks.
