Kissinger Report

The Kissinger Report, officially called "National Security Study Memorandum 200," was a U.S. government policy document from 1974 that focused on population control in developing countries. It suggested that stabilizing global population growth was crucial for economic development and national security. The report emphasized measures to reduce birth rates, particularly in poorer nations, to prevent overpopulation from straining resources and creating instability.
