Kirkpatrick Evaluation Levels
Kirkpatrick's Evaluation Levels are a way to measure how effective training programs are. There are four levels: 1. Reaction: How participants feel about the training—was it interesting and useful? 2. Learning: What knowledge or skills did participants gain? 3. Behavior: Do participants apply what they learned when they return to their work? 4. Results: What overall impact did the training have on the organization, such as improved performance or increased sales? This framework helps organizations assess and improve their training efforts comprehensively.
