Kings Bench Division
The King's Bench Division is a part of the High Court in England and Wales, primarily responsible for handling civil cases such as disputes involving contracts, personal injuries, and property. It also deals with cases requiring urgent or specialized attention, and has some criminal jurisdiction as well. Its role is to ensure justice is fairly administered by resolving disputes efficiently. The division is named after the monarch ("King's Bench" when a king is reigning) and is one of the key channels through which individuals and organizations seek legal redress in the civil justice system.
