Kingdoms
In biology, "Kingdoms" are broad categories used to classify and organize all living organisms based on shared features. Think of them as the highest-level groups, such as Animals, Plants, Fungi, Protists, and Bacteria. Each kingdom groups organisms that share fundamental characteristics—for example, animals have cells that can move, and plants produce their own food through photosynthesis. This classification system helps scientists understand the diversity of life, how different organisms are related, and how they evolved. It’s a starting point to study the complex variety of living things on Earth.
